The initial time provided for the completion of the repair was postponed repeatedly. It when from estimated date of 7 days to 15 days. Whenever possible, associates should provide a realistic estimated date. It will be very helpful to customers if Euro Collision adopt the concept of under promising and over delivering rather than the other way around.
