This was the best customer service experience I have ever had. Making the appointment was quick and easy. When I got to your office, all 3 representatives from the insurance, rental company, and collision center were there to greet me. I was in the road within 15 minutes. I was happy to receive texts daily with updates. My van was ready in the time promised and the work was high quality. Extra work was done on previous knicks and songs for even less than I was quoted. I was given flowers by the friendly office staff and my car was ready immediately. I was shocked to see it painstakingly detailed as well, even on the inside. Your friendly staff even helped me transfer items from my rental to my van. I will recommend you to anyone who needs the service. 5 stars!
