I don't like that they don't call to tell you if your vehicle is ready or not. I didn’t get notified about updates or if ny vehicle was going to take longer than expected. Then they ran my husband's card for more than the deductible. We got our money back and they got paid.
On a positive note my truck looks good, just the front passager side bumper is sticking out just a little, other than that everything looks good.
