The manager is the definition of professionalism. I felt always like a valued customer and enjoyed getting pictures of the car as it was being fixed. I'm disappointed that the vehicle was not returned to the condition prior to the accident. I understood the explanation but I didn't agree with the overall assessment and felt it was unfair that the damage caused by the collision was not factored in the decision to repair any of the damage to the paint on the tailgate.
