The one thing that I wanted to be sure to be fixed was my backup cam, right from the accident it immediately did not work right.I sent an email to both you guys and The Hartford stressing that I wanted that fixed in this collision repair. It became very clear to me that this was not even looked at when I brought it up.

Dan was completely thrall walking me through the process and then checking all the avenues to find the best price. When we picked our vehicle they had washed vacuum clean the windows the car was beautiful very appreciative of what they did for us.

Thank you for treating your customers special. The receptionist handled our claim right away. She briefly asked me some questions then asked if I would like a free beverage from their refrigerator. There was a nice selection of soft drinks, juices and bottled water to enjoy along with comfortable seating. The claims adjuster immediately took the information from the receptionist. The claims adjuster immediately inspected my car for damages. Only a 5 min. wait while the claims adjuster wrote an estimate and set up an appointment for the work to be done. The repair on our car looked great! Thank you for also cleaning our car inside and outside for free. Such a nice surprise! Thank you for giving us two free car washes and a birthday coupon. We would highly recommend you!
