The rental car company was supposed to pick my wife up at the shop, but instead she had to drive to multiple rental locations to get a rental car. The best we can tell is that this is an internal **** match between your people and Enterprise. When the customer suffers because of your bickering, your business suffers. We will not be renting from Enterprise again and we will not be using your shop for repairs in the future.

I'm getting this text at 7 am. It was my only day I could sleep in without waking up to an alarm. I always follow the unwritten rule that calls & texts before 9 am are rude. I picked up my van last night in the dark. I haven't even had the chance to look at it and I'm getting texted at 7 am. Seriously? My accident happened on Jan. 26. You had my vehicle since Jan. 31. I just got it back Feb. 18. No I'm not satisfied. It took a ridiculous amount of time. I have never been without my vehicle for that long. I don't want to be contacted.
