Everyone was great until I asked for some additional pictures to be taken during the repairs as then they talked around the issue and were never straightforward as to if they would take them or not. I got off the phone under the impression that they would, come to find out when I picked that up they told me that they didn't.

The staff was excellent. Professional, thorough from beginning to completion. They went above and beyond to ensure I was informed along the way. The repairs look great (what I can see right now with all the snow and slush). But car is driving properly and all looks great.
I was surprised at the generous touch of the car washes. As a marketer, this is a great way to gain referral business in the future, and get people talking.
My insurance company recommended AutoBody Xperts and I'm thankful they did. Thanks to everyone there, including the person/people who did the actual work on my Mazda CX-9. I've already told a friend about you who needs some body work on her daughter's vehicle in Holland. Will do the same when opportunity comes up.

thanks for your work. I will stop in some time in the future. Your technicians repaired the damage excellent. The paint stix touch up was not as good as Crown Motors implied it would be. I may check with them to make sure they sold me the correct color. Or maybe there is a special procedure in applying it. Not a big deal, Crown just made it sound like it would be a perfect match. it definitely is not.
