I was extremely nervous in the beginning; but, Lexus of Huntsville referred me to Rod's and that gave me more peace about it. Mr. **** Batt was very professional from the very beginning. I actually arrived 30 minutes before closing and Mr. Batt gave me his full attention and did not rush through the estimate process even though closing time was at 5:00pm. Oh; by the way, I came on a Friday afternoon. I appreciate the continued updates on my car while I waited the 3 days for completion. After I received my car back I was extremely impressed by the work that was done. It far exceeded my expectations!!!! I will definitely be recommending Rod's to everyone as well as I will be bringing in my truck for an estimate on a complete paint job!!! Thanks Again!!!
