I very much appreciated that you picked up and returned the vehicle and that upon its return, encourage me to inspect it. I did and found a small spot not completely buffed. The Centreville Collision representative took my car back, had that small spot buffed out, took care of a very small paint matters that I had not even noticed, and returned it within a few hours. Then I received an email from Centreville Collision apologizing for the inconvenience. To me, that is first class service.

Very good, professional service. The car looks excellent and free of any injuries ????. I was also given a reasonable price. Carl did a great job and demonstrated what I call - authentic professionalism: polite, good listening skills, empathetic and good communication skills.
