I appreciated the emails with updates on the status of the repairs. They kept me informed of the work that was being done and any issues that would delay completion. Many repair shops don’t offer information regarding the status of what has been done and what else needs to be completed. You usually have to call the shops to find out but Rick’s Auto Body kept me posted through the process. I am very pleased that my vehicle was taken to Rick’s and I am very pleased with the completed fixes.

No updates until I called two times and not one progress picture I always had great things to say about Ricks Auto Body don’t know what happened when I picked up my car seemed to me a lot of playing around in the back I was out front for a while before she came out all I was hearing was laughing and talking about her knee and a bunch of flirting that’s how I took what I was observing I was disappointed in my experience
