I was in a pretty severe accident where my car was disabled because I went over a curb. Insurance susgested I take my car to first collision where it was there for roughly one month but because of the damage I didnt care I just wanted my vehicle to get properly fixed.. when I got my car back I was really impressed on the quality work they provided.. my car looks like as if it was never on an accident.. thank you guys !!!!!

The customer service and attention I received from first collision was unparrelled. Not only did they fix all of my vehicles issues, but they also kept me completely informed through the entire process. Although I experienced some delays on repairs it was not due to first collision but due to manufacturer parts availability. First Collision was constantly keeping me updated on these delays. I also want to point out the extra care Richard gave us on our claim by always being available by phone and even coming in when the shop was closed to deliver our car to us. First Collision gets a 5 out of 5 stars from us any day of the week.
