Repairs are complete and the car is beautiful. Eric and Angela are two of the nicest people I have ever met. Nikki is an huge asset to their company as well. Their service is above and beyond. Always professional and courteous. Work was done on time with no excuses or issues. Thank you!

I'd have appreciated a call on morning I was scheduled for repair telling me you were short of workers and would have to delay repairs for two - three days. I'd have appreciated keeping my own car. and rescheduling until you were ready to do the work. I had an estimate in Palm Desert, CA saying it would take **** ****/2 days to do the work. Your 4 days was excessive by this standard but 8 days was beyond the pale. It ran up the rental car bill and cost everyone extra money.. I felt your work was fine but not a perfect match as promised in CA with factory paint. I would use your company again as you were fair and competent but you should not have kept my car for over a week. I appreciate you will reimburse me for the extra 4 day rental but with proper notification this could have been avoided Audrey C

Everything was perfect except the fact that you changed one headlight and not the other and didn't call me to ask if I wanted the other one changed too. Now I have to schedule another appointment to get it fixed. A little hassle that could have been fixed with a phone call. Other than that. The service and quality of work was exceptional.
