When you call an establishment that you’ve never dealt with before, the initial conversation usually sets the tone for the transaction. Considering the situation, I felt very at ease from the moment I spoke with John. My feelings were so hurt that the car looked as bad as she did, but when I pulled into the lot to pick her up, I was so excited!!! I had been feeling bad for the car, the insurance company, and my wallet (lol), but the end result made it all feel better. She looks marvelous compared to when she went in and it’s as if the accident never happened for real. Thank you ALL who took care of my vehicle and treated it as if it was your own!!
