John Guajardo at the Mckinney location did a great job. Explained the process for hail damage repair, kept us updated, then went over the warranty policy in detail. The vehicle was detailed to perfection inside and out. I would recommend John and Herbs to anyone interested in first class paint and body work.
Incidentally, the Herbs lobby is nicely set up for customer comfort, and the retro-1950’s theme of their organization (brochures,cards, etc) harkens to their 60 year tradition of family-owned business value and service to their customers. It’s not hype...it’s genuine!

They did a horrible job on my car. The advisor was argumentative and blamed our concerns with a variance in paint color on our eyeglass prescription. They had my car for 9 weeks in total and the car is still not to our satisfaction with air bubbles in the paint. Very poor paint job. I absolutely hate the car.
