From the text message updates to the multiple phone calls updating me as well, I have never had an experience quite like this one & it made me feel so at ease! I was quoted that my VW would be completed in 5 days & it was actually completed in 4! That has never happened for me before. You guys were fantastic! I wasn't expecting to get my car back for another day, but you worked hard and finished early. In the beginning it was our fault with the mix up with the insurance company. When the car was finally completed, Abra tried calling my cell #. I am not a cell phone type user and they could not get a hold of me. I did not understand why they didn't call my home # or my wife's #. Abra should have had all these numbers. Abra has been very good with repairs in the past. I just wish thye would have tried calling alternative numbers to get a hold of us. 10's in all other depts!!!
