The logistics and utter confusion on people's jobs are less than original. If employees can't work or don't because they quit should not be the customers problem. Need to get better employees or management.

I'm almost completely satisfied, but there's one niggling detail. The body work, mechanical work, and paint are all first class. I'd driven about 8 miles after picking up my car (at moderate city speeds). The tire pressure warning came on. I stopped and looked at all 4 tires, and they all looked normal. There was nothing but keep going as I had two appointments to keep. After the first appointment I pulled into Discount Tire and had the pressures checked. The left rear was 2 pounds low and the other 3 tires were at or slightly above specified pressure. This is a sensor problem. Sensor problems delayed the repair of the car by at least a day. I could not find the control sequence to reset the sensor/warning, but I believe the repair/reset was not completed properly. Is this something that ABRA is not qualified to fix? should I take the car to my Subaru dealer?

Customer service could be better. I did not feel that my time was respected. Staff could have been more aggressive in determining when the car would be finished. A simple call to the dealer about whether the part was in would have helped with a return call to me. There were 3 times I asked for a return call but never got one.
