Appreciated the constant updates and meeting the completion deadline as promised. I was concerned about the lack of security when I dropped the car off. The lock box outside was not secure and the keys of cars already dropped off were not locked down. I came back Monday morning to leave the key for my car after dropping the car off Sunday evening.

The people were pleasant and professional, but I just felt like my repair took too long. I was originally told my vehicle would be repaired on or around March 24. I was then told a wrong part was ordered and had to be sent back and reordered. Subsequently I wound up in my rental beyond 30 days which resulted in additional daily rental charges not covered by my insurance. I understand that things happen but my overall experience was one of frustration.
