My experience with Carstar in Escondido, Ca was outstanding!! From the minute I walked in the door with Dominique, the receptionist, greeting me warmly to meeting my knowledgeable repair specialist Steve, I felt completely at ease and trusted that my car was in good hands. The assessment & estimate of repairs complete with photos was emailed to me the very next day and repairs commenced that same day. I received frequent text updates and calls from Steve regarding the progress of repairs. The repairs were completed 4 days early and I was very happy with the results. By far, this has been the best experience I have ever had with any car service as I am illiterate when it comes to cars and have always felt taken advantage of. This was not the case with Carstar. Superb service and I will recommend to all of my friends.

I was greeted warmly by all employees. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. The office immediately called Enterprise so I didn’t have to wait. The repair was completed in 4 days which is what I was told it would take, and I was very happy with the results.
