Was kept updated every step of the way with text messages. Receptionist Samantha was always very courteous and nice both in person and when I spoke to her on the phone. John was excellent- answered all our questions, even asked about me and how I was doing instead of only focusing on the job alone. My husband and I are very pleased. We love the fact that his work come with a lifetime guaranteed. We don't anticipate any problems either.
