I have been a customer of Bournes auto before when they sold me my first car and I was relieved when I was told that I could bring my car there to have it fixed. They kept me informed throughout the process and did a beautiful job with the repairs. As I had mentioned when I picked up my car tonight, I am absolutely buying my next car here.

Your employees were difficult with us and insistent that the cheap black mud flaps were our original mud flaps.
