I was treated with respect and courtesy. The process was explained in and I was updated regularly. My car was repaired beautifully and the interior and exterior was cleaned above and beyond what I expected. I really appreciate the fact that the windows sparkle. Everyone at the shop is friendly.
I like that my car was clean inside and out, and the cookies and pen were a nice touch.
It look a little longer than expected, but I know that can't always be helped with ordering of parts.
