It took several weeks to do the repairs and shouldn't have taken that long on top of that when we did go pick up the car there were scratches on it that weren't on it when we brought it in and I'm not sure how you scratched my car I'm glad you fixed it but it shouldn't have been scratched in the first place I believe my wife said there were scratches on the hood which I'm not sure how they scratch the hood when the damage was in the rear but anyway and then I never got a text saying it was complete. I got a text saying you left the message the night before but I hadno message
