It was often hard to reach a real person when contacting the body shop. I had to leave several voice mails and played a lot of phone tag. My overall experience was great, everything worked out and I'm happy with the job done. I've been very happy dealing with Ben for mechanical issues with my truck. He always knows my name, what vehicle I have, and is very good about remembering what's been going on with it. I appreciate the customer service at Morehart and will continue to bring my vehicle there for service.
