From beginning to end , Dave and Diana were so polite, gracious, and professional.. They made the whole process so simple and easy for me...from changing rental agencies, going over and explaining the estimate and the final bill, taking me to get a rental car, and all the while keeping me informed my cars status by e-mail. It appears that oil was put on my tires and it has splattered all over my car. I wasn’t sure what this substance was on my car then as I wiped it off it had a **** appearance. So I wiped my finer across the tires and it looks to be the same substance. Other wise I am 100% satisfied.
