The entire experience was amazing! Joe Paz was very extremely helpful throughout, even meeting me on a Saturday morning to assess the extent of the damage since I work all week and live at least 50 miles away. He explained everything, was totally available any time I would phone or text, and always with a positive attitude. He even printed out a map of wineries I might visit nearby!
