As always, HOLMAN's POMPANO FORD LINCOLN did an excellent job in repairing a very small dent in my rear passenger door caused by the door of car parked next to mine carelessly hitting it. Thanks to the professionalism and courtesy of Mr Quinn Machan and the expertise of the body-man, the repair was done in one day. A driver brought me homeat around 09:00AM and picked me up again at around 03:00PM.

Good job; however the email communications could have been more up to date as the completion date arrived. Completion date of Jan **** is not realistic and then the date kept moving back day by day which did not appear realistic. But all and all I did like receiving the updates.
