I was told by Andy at Lipton Toyota I wouldn’t have to pay for the rental car after my overage with State Farm ran out because it wasn’t my fault it took so long to the parts & repair the car. He told me you would cover it. Told by your front desk they don’t pay for rentals. I left 2 messages for Andy & he never returned my calls. You could have absorbed the $350 since you got what you asked for from SF. I’m very upset & disappointed in how I was treated. I also requested the plastic removed from my rear bumper & your staff told me I would have to pay, which I assumed I would have to, but they never tried to find out the cost. I didn’t ask about because I was so excited about getting my car after **** & ****/2 MONTHS.

It has only been two weeks and six days since I received my vehicle back from my Dec 2021 accident. I am currently here at the Lakeland Toyota dealership service center awaiting a paid diagnostic due to my check engine light coming on this morning. I am being told by the customer service repair representative that it is based on the repair that was done from the accident.
