The whole process was incredibly smooth. I especially appreciated having the rental company on site so I could just leave with my rental from the shop rather than having to ride to the rental office and then get into a rental like I have had to do at other shops in the past. The text message updates were so great! My car was finished in no time and looks flawless and super clean! You guys even went above and beyond by removing some black scuff marks on my car from my husband dragging out the trash can along side my car. Great job! Thank you!

I have used Lakewood Collision for both “minor” and “major” repairs and been extremely happy with all aspects of their work. Great quality workmanship at what I believe to be a very fair price. They are very professional in the quality of their work and their friendliness. The estimated time of repairs was 4-5 days however it took 6 and I had to add two more days of car rental. I wasn’t told at the beginning that the person paying for repairs had to be present to pay the bill which caused another day of rental. I am satisfied with repairs but not the overall experience.
