Your customer service was fantastic and I appreciated the updates on the timing of my car. Just one quick note...when I arrived at your office on a Monday evening I thought my car would be in at least 1wk due to the holidays but was told they Should have it ready the next day. Needless to say I was blown away but the next day they called to say it would actually be Wednesday and Wednesday they said it would be Friday. On Friday I initiated the call and your service person handled the situation very professionally but told me it was now going to be Monday.
Long story short personally I would rather be told something is going to take a wk and then be pleasantly shocked when it's done early rather than overpriced and underdelivered.
I would highly recommend anyone to you but I would work on addressing this if it's a common occurance.
