We were repeatedly given different completion dates. Finally after we pushed for an answer we learned that it had been further damaged by the glass company.
This resulted in increased car rental fees. By larger concern is that the person we spoke with more or less said "it's not our fault" which may be technicall correct but is at best poor business manners.
