We found Wilson auto collision because they were the only USAA approved center in the area. Unfortunately we needed Wilson on two occasions only a few weeks apart. But we would not trust our vehicles with any other collision center.
Wilson was not only prompt and efficient but curteous and conciencious.
I appreciated the email updates it assured us that you had not put us on the back burner and let us know you were working diligently to get the repair work done.

The only thing I'm not pleased with is that someone in the process of getting my vehicle fixed my information was sold to a bunch of ambulance chasing attorneys. I don't think usaa would do something like that and I certainly don't think the state troopers did either. If it was wilson, it would be the only thing making me rate the experience less than a perfect 10.
