This was my first time being involved in a vehicle accident. I remembered feeling reluctant, overwhelmed, and a bit scared to file my first claim, since I am insured with State Farm. It was a good experience overall. However my job requires me to have my vehicle and it was difficult for me to come up with the deductible and would not be able to make payments and get my truck back till I payed in full. This is inconvenient for those on a fixed income and thier job requires the vehicle.

Unprofessional and very inconsistent answers communicated through the staff. The way I brought my car was cleaner with the damage then it was after the fix. I would not recommend to bring any vehicle their due to just poor quality service. My interior destroyed. Very very upset customer. Will take my word and money elsewhere. It will seriously take a lot to patch the wound.
