we were updated frequently once our car was in the shop. Is that customer service was impeccable. our car was detailed beautifully and we were very pleased with how quickly it took one to shop. It did take a while for the parts to come in but that is to be expected for Alaska. We were very impressed with this company and we will be using them again for car repairs in the future
