From being greeted at the door by Amy to the hospitality of Tony, Eric (Geico), Amar (Enterprise) — I would not change this experience for anything. I initially wanted to locate my own body shop, but Geico took the guess work out of auto body care with offering the services from Abra and in the future, I will only recommend and trust my repairs to this shop.

My drop off was scheduled for 8:30. I arrived early at 8:00. I was told that the Geico rep “lives far away” and doesn’t get in until late. He arrived at almost 9:00, causing me to miss a very important appointment. Why would you schedule appointments when he is not available? The check engine light came on in the POS rental they gave me. Then, there was no forewarning that cash is not accepted as payment. Luckily I had a second option available. And to top things off, my gas light was on when the car was returned. Not sure why you would need to drive a car far for a bumper and quarter panel replacement. Tony and receptionists were friendly but other than that, ****.

Was a favorable experience until I got into my vehicle to leave tand there was a burnt cigar **** and ashes in my seat. Tony (who was good work with) immediately said that’s our detail guy.
So what looked good left me with a bad taste and cigar smell.
Enough to make it overall a bad experience
