This was the second time my car was rear-ended (the first time on the day I bought it, and now again five years later) and both times you’ve been able to fix my car up really nicely. The car is a bit temperamental, but I really love it, and it’s extra special to me since my grandfather (who passed away last year, and loved cars) helped me get the car. It was always my dream to get a Mazda, and this was the first car I’d bought myself. So I’ve been so relieved that you were able to fix her again, and that she didn’t have to be totaled.
