Car looks great and repair is great. We would have prefer an over estimate of how long repairs would take so we could plan to not have a car. Instead car pick up was delayed repeatedly, and we didn't get the car back until nearly 24 hours after estimated completion time.

As you are aware of the minor blemish I discovered @ the immediate area of damage in conncern, shoul had been taken care of prior to the phone call, stating the car was ready. I have the ut-most respect for all personnel @ Sids. They are all hi- professional, people friendly group. They will extend themselves, to keep the customer happy as they have this time, to repair the blemish, sched. in a few days.PLEASE NOTE: if I had marked di-satisfied, upon scripting this query,I apologize. There were no arguments regarding extra time, labor etc. I simply pointed out the facts and was asked to return the vehicle a few days later.
