I wasn't sure where I'd be taking my vehicle for repair, but then I was given a few options from USAA. After looking at the reviews for each of the options I was given, I made my choice to come here. I had exceptional service from beginning to end and it's all thanks to Tito. He made my experience here very quick and easy. His customer service was on point!

The interior of my new (1000 mile) Jeep with light tan cloth upholstery was smeared with grease and dirt on the inside of the doors, the front and rear seats, the back of the seats and the cargo area. A large piece (6ft by 3 ft) of black plastic covering was left bunched up in the cargo area, parts from the wheel well were out and left in the cargo area. I was absolutely livid. Still am. This is unacceptable. I returned and the estimator cleaned it himself. Should have NEVER happened. It was a NEW CAR. Cannot believe Auto Nation would disrespect a customer and their vehicle like that. Unacceptable in any circumstance.

AutoNation Collision has the best customer service and they are very good at communicating any issues or delays. My favorites were Roberto D., he kept me updated with any news dealing with my car. Fred from Enterprise made my day and he went the extra mile making sure I had the right choice car and followed up with me, his customer service turned my day around and have a positive mood. Tito was also amazing! He was my absolute favorite. He was the man behind the scenes working on my vehicle ensuring everything was properly taken care of. He is also very down to earth. Great experience overall!
