My experience was excellent from beginning to end. The new windshield I received is spectacular and my car was well cleaned inside and out. I came in on a Saturday after they had already closed. And a gentleman came out anyway and was really very nice. He took all my information and took care of everything. Joey was also very good. The only person I met was Joey Fout, and he is extremely detail oriented, courteous, and even went beyond my expectations for caring for my vehicle! I did not get to meet the body shop technicians, but it was very obvious that they were respectful of my car, and did a spectacular job repairing my bumper.... You cannot tell anything ever happened and my car looks brand new.

I very much appreciated the texting updates. Initial assessment and process was very smooth. The repair took longer than anticipated but that was not the fault of Infiniti but rather the delayed arrival of a bumper. Nic and Joey were very easy to work with. One note to Joey, women have evolved and do not want to be called "love", or "honey" or any other form of endearment. I feel it is important for him to be aware of this and to come off more professional.
