Emil Schunior- HORRIBLE customer service and his manager Joe Wrigge- was even worse....the day i came into the dealership there were 2 arguments with two separate customers. One disagreement happened with me in the office. Classic Chevrolet needs to give both of the guys customer service training, communication training, and culture sensitivity training. Maybe you should secretly record this office or send an anonymous customer in to see and listen to how the guys talk to customers. They entire experience was enough for me to never recommend this place to anyone. I bought my car from there, have done all my service there, have relatives that retired from GM, and I will NEVER go back to this location for ANYTHING.....ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!
