Such a great experience! Everyone was extremely friendly and personable. Tina and Michael assisted me, and they were exceptional. Very thorough with helping me understand the work to be done as well as how the repair would happen. The text messages sent to my phone were helpful as well. Great way to communicate with customers who are inevitably curious about the repair process. It allowed me to structure my schedule better.
