The repair of the bumper has an inch plus gap between the bumper and the car so that .the ground Is visible between the bumper and the rear of the car where it is attached . Both receptionists in collision department and Michele were awesome !! Michele says she is not happy with the repair and to bring it back in to be repaired. I appreciate the attention to detail and the kindness of the collision department. If it were a little thing I would ignore it but it is something that after a week in the shop still needs to be corrected .

I had a terrible experience. The body shop held onto my car for over a month and I received mixed messages and excuses regarding the completion date. When I finally picked the car up, the same day, the tire service light came on. According to the estimate, the body shop should have replaced the wheel that was damaged in the accident. After close investigation, I noticed that they had simply switched the tires around, and the tire had not actually been replaced. I will be returning on the next business day to fix this issue. I am not satisfied at all with the amount of time the repairs took and if this issue is not resolved quickly, or if the body shop refuses to replace the wheel, I will be filing a complaint with the insurance company for fraud.
