I love bringing my car here! The circumstances aren't always great, but the wonderful staff make the experience pleasant. I really like the text updates. I never had to wonder about the status of my car. The best part was getting my car back earlier than expected and it was clean! As a new mom, little things like having someone wash your car mean a lot.

I wa concerned about nicks and scratching in the left side of the bumper that was not in the car prior to drop off. I asked the estimator if the entire bumper was painted and repairs, she replied only the right side.

The repairs are excellent. I am very pleased. However, the repair on the right front wheel was not done. Not sure why. Robert is to contact me Monday morning. Again, I am very pleased with the repairs that were done. Just need to complete the job by repairing the right front wheel.
