WEll, the owner , co-owner and office manager all made me feel comfortable. The two owners were very polite and explained how they were going to solve my problem of a rust beginning to attack my car. As a single woman, I did not feel that the owners were taking advantage of me. Both men project honesty and professionalism. The major owner shared that he had been in the business for over 20 years. The one issue that should have been done before I left the shop was easily and courteously taken care of . I would definitely recommend this business to others. They do NOT pressure the customer. Just very nice and honest. Did a really good job and seemed to care about their work and that I was happy with the end result.
