From the moment I arrived, they were very friendly and greeted me and my daughter who is very busy (16 mo old). They kept me up to date on everything, help load and unload from the rental and back. My car looked great and everything was explained. Clint was who handled my car did a great job, but everyone in the office was great and if we have an unfortunate event again, I know service king will now be our first choice! The work is done and looks wonderful. There was some confusion about how long the repair would take. Initially I was told it would take a few days to a week. It was just under 3 weeks. Some of this is my responsibility, as I and my daughter were trying to follow up. So there may have been some mis-communication, but it did take longer, and more parts had to be ordered. Also we had to rent a vehicle, and this may not be your responsibility, but it ended up costing more than quoted. There are probably good reasons for the delay in repair and the higher car rental costs but it was kind of frustrating. Thanks for listening.
