It’s hard to say the satisfaction level just on the same day. I would prefer to wait for at least couple of weeks before I would judge on the service however as the feedback came now, I would be saying I am satisfied based on the so far experience.
What I meant is: survey should come after 2 weeks of service for a better answer.
