This is the first time that I have had to submit a claim and was skeptical of the process but I have to admit service king and my service advisor Jose Torres made the experience wonderful. He met all of my expectations in regards to my repairs.There was constant updates via text or phone calls I never had to worry about having to call to be able to obtain any updates they just came in one way or another. Being the mother of two kids I did not need the extra stress of this process and it wasn’t thank you service king for the greatest experience ever. Will truly recommend you to anyone who is in need of car repair.

Everyone was courteous and tentative to my service repairs. From the time I walked in I was welcomed by friendly Colleen who made me feel that I was a priority and would have help provided to me in no time. Jose called me everytime he said he would be kept his word. And gave me my truck repaired in the time quoted and promised.
