Every employee was friendly, eager to help and showed expertise in what they did. They are obviously well trained and treated well. Very professional and curtious. The problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired. I felt very confident with how everything was handled. My experience at Auto Body Concepts was excellent.

Something dead is in the hood or driver side tire well. My truck still had a new car smell when I left it and now I can hardly stand to drive it due to the odor. I doubt there is anything to be done about it. I noticed the grill is cracked near the center and was not repaired. I appreciate the courtesy of your staff and the consistency with which they kept me informed of repair progress. Hopefully the correct headlamp will come in soon.
