Mostly satisfied, but not Completely satisfied. My appointment to drop off my vehicle took much longer than expected. Having the first appointment of the day, I did not expect to wait a half hour before my service advisor came out to meet me. As a working professional, time is very important to me. I would not tolerate this in my professional life, and that Service King did not respect my time results in less than a Completely satisfied rating. Strive to do better, your customers will love you for it.

Service King has always provided me with the best service with courteous customer service and they treated my BMW with the utmost care. The damage to my car was fixed quickly and the repair is amazing! You can’t even tell it was damaged. They kept me informed on how the repair was going which I really liked. A big thanks to everyone who worked and assisted in the process of getting my car back to me. They even vacuumed my car and cleaned the windows and gave her a bath. I will only use Service King for my auto repair needs. A ten out of ten.
