Absolutely excellent service. Howard and Travis and the whole staff. I was treated so well and so pleased. I highly recommend these wonderful people to service me. I went to the duluth shop and they were the best.

Todd was my service advisor. When I came to sign the "permission" papers he explained everything very well, answered all of my questions, and was very patient while doing so. Initally, I was a little hesitant about letting Service King fix the damages, but after speaking with Todd, I had full confidence that everything would be perfect!! AND when I picked up my car, everything was perfect!!! The customer service was 100%!! Loved the fact that I could just keep my rental car there for pickup!!!!
