Eta was way off. Would have liked to have heard it was going to take much longer vs constant promise of completion for the next day. We didnt mind waiting ...simply did not like the hope of next day delivery and still no car.

The repair of my vehicle appears to have been excellent. The customer service was less than satisfactory. While I did receive some text updates regarding the repair, I called the service center several times requesting a return call and never received a call back. The front desk personnel were not friendly or very helpful when I called. I was disappointed in the lack of communication.
